From Abundance to Scarcity – Misguided Policies Decimate US Energy!

WE NEED ANOTHER REMINDER OF THE FACTS…! ENERGY AND “CLIMATE CHANGE”

In 2005 the largest oil reserve IN THE WORLD was discovered…THE GREEN RIVER OIL RESERVE IN COLORADO. Pres Bush ordered 3000 test wells drilled by independent private contractors and announced, after all, results were studied, that it turns out this is the largest oil reserve ever discovered. It is mostly on Government owned property and holds more oil than the rest of the world! Since then, 8,000 more test holes further substantiate the studies.

Here’s an excerpt from testimony about the Green River Formation that was provided by Anu K. Mittal, Government Accountability Office (GAO) Director of Natural Resources and Environment, to the House Subcommittee on Energy and Environment, Committee on Science, Space, and Technology:

“The Green River Formation…contains the world’s largest deposits of oil shale. USGS estimates that the Green River Formation contains about 3 trillion barrels of oil, and about half of this may be recoverable, depending on available technology and economic conditions. The Rand Corporation, a nonprofit research organization, estimates that 30 to 60 percent of the oil shale in the Green River Formation can be recovered. At the midpoint of this estimate, almost half of the 3 trillion barrels of oil would be recoverable. This is an amount about equal to the entire world’s proven oil reserves”. Do you think that Ms. Mittal of the GAO is lying or knows not of what she speaks?

The Green River is oil shale, and although it is recoverable, we need better and more efficient methods to economically recover the product. However, there is no doubt that this will happen…if the government stops interfering with the companies that spend the research money, obtain permits that are canceled, trying to produce the product, in my opinion!

In 2020, by Executive Order, Biden stopped all tests, drilling, and everything on the Green River! If what I just wrote is true, as I know it is…then answer this…if you do indeed believe Ms. Mitta’. GEO, which you should…why would somebody (Biden/Obama) deny us the right to” Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” by NOT DEVELOPING THE LARGEST DEPOSIT OF OIL SHALE AND POTENTIAL OIL RESERVE IN THE WORLD?!

In 2008, the 2^nd largest oil reserve in the world was discovered in North Dakota. The Bakken formation covers many States, including western North Dakota, northeastern Montana, and part of Canada. According to the USGS, this reserve has an undetermined amount of natural gas as well, but enough to satisfy US needs for at least the next 100 years!

Until then, Prudhoe Bay WAS the largest oil reserve in the US…it’s now THIRD!

In December 2021, the USGS completed an oil and gas estimate for the Bakken and Three Forks Formations in the Williston Basin of Montana and North Dakota. The estimate includes 4.3 billion barrels of unconventional oil and 4.9 trillion cubic feet of unconventional natural gas in the two formations. In May 2020, the North Dakota Oil & Gas Division estimated over 7,500 oil and gas wells in North Dakota were shut down, preventing close to 510,000 barrels a day of production. The reason the Biden administration gave was Covid and not economically feasible!

When Biden closed the Keystone Pipeline, it was handling 510,000 barrels of petroleum products per day. He also closed others and natural gas power plants. Obama closed 45% of our coal plants. We are now at 80% of full capacity…or less!

NY Senator Kirsten Gillibrand said that nobody should care because the Keystone Pipeline “has not moved 10 cents worth of oil” since it started!

That is the epitome of her utter ignorance and ability to expand on a subject she knows nothing about and has not researched and yet could and would vote NO to the Keystone, relying on her stupidity, my opinion!

Now, folks, this is supposed to be someone who represents us, you and me, and she has no idea what she’s talking about! She is ignorant of a major source of oil to these United States. From its opening in 2010 to 2019, the Keystone has delivered 1.3 BILLION barrels of oil to and through the 2,700 miles of Keystone Pipeline that traverse the US to Illinois to parts west. Parts 1 and 2 of the Keystone project were delivering over 510,000 barrels a day when Biden/Obama stopped it cold. Part 3 was to expand to the west coast and refineries in the Gulf!

In total, between all our resources that were stopped, in my opinion, to weaken the US and our resistance to Socialism…by those two scoundrels, Biden and Obama. They together drove our oil production from some 19 million barrels a day under Trump to less than 9 million barrels a day!

In my opinion, THAT’S THE REASON FOR ALL YOUR FINANCIAL TROUBLES, FOOD SHORTAGES, GAS PRICES, ALL THE SHORTAGES NOW AND SOON TO COME!!!

How was life in these United States when gas was $1.85, diesel was $2.00, and eggs were $1.49 per dozen…simply put…when Donald Trump was President?! Back when Saudi Arabia and the rest of OPEC bought oil from the US…and paid us to take it?! Did we use it all up in Biden’s first two years as President, all that “new” oil  President Trump freed up…or did something VERY suspicious, nefarious, underhanded, even… illegal…happen?

Congress approved and passed all the contracts on the Keystone, and President Trump signed it into law, and contracts were signed with contractors, Canada, and the States involved…Biden just stopped it all, plunging us into billions in liability…think about it…why? Because piping oil is dangerous? Because we don’t need the cheaper product? Or… to weaken America …for what he plans with Obama?

A Tale of Two Presidents?

Additionally, why did Obama drain down the oil emergency reserves when there was no emergency? I guess that crisis came and went quickly because President Trump brought them from the Obama zero to 110%?!

Why, then, is Biden draining our emergency reserves? Could it be the two of them, former Pres Obama and his “puppet on a Howdy Doodie string,” Joe Biden, are draining the reserves back to near zero? Why…to help what they are planning?

Could it be so that when they go for the “take-over” from our Constitutional Republic to Socialism,” (the fundamental change Obama smugly promised), there is no standby, go-to fuel, oil?

How long can you hold out with no natural gas, coal, oil, or firewood (Hochul’s contribution to the Socialism cause), no gasoline, no diesel, no electric power (80% is still fossil fuel), no drinking water …no food?

Just answer this…why? AND …before you hear the radical left holler out “CLIMATE CHANGE or GLOBAL WARMING” or any other non-scientific reason to plunge this country into the poverty of Socialism…hear me out…

CLIMATE CHANGE– I am almost embarrassed to talk about this irrational Boogey Man scare tactic these scoundrel Democrats have laid upon you. I say “you” and not “us” because I am more afraid of the Boogey Man, a nonexistent childhood ghost that scares little kids, than the “imaginary” thing we can’t change, control, stop, improve, or disprove, Climate!

But here we go again:

First –

Define Climate…I’ll bet you can’t…you cannot use the words “Climate or Weather” to define it!

When you think you can define “Climate,” explain how you can control all those elements or factors that defined your” Climate and Climate Change.” I’ll help start you off… the Sun, the Sunspots, the Earth’s orbit and rotation on its axis, and the Gravitational pull our Moon puts on the Earth and its Oceans (for those who believe all the Oceans …just raised 6 inches…it could be …but who, what did that)?! Did you ever consider that maybe, just maybe, the Moon or Earth, for that matter, just hiccupped, just a wee bit?

An Arctic Glacier

I know nothing about the Arctic Glaciers’ except …they had NOTHING to do with the Oceans raising 6”… I’m not saying the Oceans didn’t raise 6’’(I’d like to see how they measured that) …I’m saying Al Gore’s Glaciers had nothing to do with it!

The left hung out the “Global Warming Shingle” for Decades …right up until they, Al Gore and his Gorites, decided there was no evidence, no proof, so they (IPCC) made it up. Then, they were caught. How? A few ways!

They were caught by scientists doing real scientific studies. In 2014/15, NASA drilled thousands of borings in the Antarctic Ice Land mass and did carbon dating on their samples. What they found was astonishing…to the IPCC! NASA determined that the Ice Land Mass was thicker, colder, and larger than it was 10,000 years ago…now THAT” S a test!

How could that be if the earth is warming?

For the heck of it, NASA compared Earth temperatures, the UN IPCC Model on Global Warming predicted… over an 18-year period ending in 2014, to the Actual temps!. Remember, based upon that IPCC Model, Al Gore predicted the Glaciers would be melted, the Polar Bears would be extinct, and Manhattan would be underwater!

NASA determined there was NO correlation, none, nada, what-so-ever, between what the IPCC “Model,” which predictions Al Gore relied upon, and the “actual” temperatures! The IPCC Model predicted NOTHING! The Model that all the Global warmers relied upon is USELESS…and there’s more.

Time cures all lies, in my opinion. Gore and the left relied upon the IPCC for all their evidence of Global Warming, and it is a bust…so now you know why Gore stopped with his Global Warming…there is none…and he refuses to debate! Ironically, the “CC” in UN IPCC stands for Climate Change, yet you never heard “that.” It was always Global Warming until Gore and the IPCC were called out at the 2015 Paris accord. But the best of all was when Al Gore predicted that “The Glaciers will be gone by 2015”. At or near the 2015 Paris accord, some IPCC members resigned when it turned out some scientists were cooking the data on Global Warming.

Al Gore – Inventor of The Internet AND Global Warming?

John Coleman, a Scientist in his own right, took the “IPCC Model of 18 years”, as did other scientists, and independently compared what the model predicted to what the actual temperatures were. Guess what …there was no correlation whatsoever. NASA even said the “UN IPCC Model” is useless in predicting anything!

According to US Oceanographic studies, the Arctic lost 1 million square miles of ice from 2002 to 2012…but regained 1 million Square Miles of ice from 2012 to 2013! We regained in 1 year what the Arctic lost in 10 years! You never heard that!

Then scientists looked into how they actually measured the temperatures “Globally.” In the first place, they did not! All the temperatures were taken in the US. Next, the UNIPCC forced the Universities/Colleges who wanted Grant Money to sign a contract agreeing that there is Global Warming and would try to prove it. The temperatures they recorded were taken at ground level, on blacktop parking lots, some protected by a fence, others not, some with a continuous recording “pen” register that self-records, others not. Most students tending to the “tests” had no training.

John Coleman went to all States and Countries that had Polar Bears and examined all their records on the Polar Bear population back as far as they went, and guess what. In all cases, Polar Bear populations INCREASED.

Now if you want more evidence …from experts, here’s a Petition of 31,487 Scientists… 9,029 with PhDs, that was given to Congress …read it and then ask yourself why non-scientists would like Biden, Obama, Al Gore(who received a D in Science) go around saying the sky is falling, Global Warming… compare their NET WORTHS before and after Political life!?

GLOBAL WARMING PETITION PROJECT -DEC.1997…

In my opinion, if the Earth was created 4.5 Billion years ago at some astronomical temperature…like about 30,000 degrees F, and 4.5 Billion years later, there is a core of molten mass(which is true), 5,000 miles in diameter (true) and it is still at 10,000 degrees F (also true), is the Earth cooling or warming? Hmmmmm???

CARBON DIOXIDE – This is the easiest of them all. CO2 is necessary for plant life and the photosynthesis of oxygen, which you breathe! The ideal concentration for trees is 2000 PPM. The minimum number of trees needs 250 PPM, and we currently have 450 PPM CO2 in the atmosphere. By forces unknown to science, excess CO2 falls into the Oceans. What’s “excess,” you ask? Nobody knows. Our Scientists have no idea and declare it’s Mother Nature!

According to Patrick Moore, Ph.D. with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, founder of Green Peace, if your greenhouse plants are dying, stick your car exhaust into the greenhouse overnight and run your engine. You won’t believe the improvement results! Mr. Moore also says we need to INCREASE CO2 to 2000 PPM and not decrease, which is the exact same thing 31,487 Scientists believe!!

If that’s true, and I believe it is, then why not build coal-fired power plants and direct their CO2-laden exhausts into HUGE Green Houses with the world’s food?

In my opinion…if it were not for Climate Change…we wouldn’t be here, and anybody who believes humans can control Climate Change is an Idiot!

NY Governor Kathy Hochul

One other very important thing…Governor Hochul had better change her “Scientific” advisors and give more thought to cutting the residents of New York State from the use of fossil fuels  (thereby denying us of our Constitutional Right to” Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”)… before she has replacement power!

The only replacement in the near and far future is …Nuclear.

I sued the NY Power Authority in a Class Action Suit in 1985…ask Joanne Willmont (ph) how that worked out! By the way, a Municipality cannot pay Punitive Damages for either elected or Appointed Municipal employees. Something I know the Gov is unaware!
