Annual and monthly parking permits can be purchased at the City Clerk’s office or the Parking Ramp Office.
Parking ramp office hours of operation are generally 10am – 8pm.
Hours vary seasonally and based on events, please call ahead to confirm 285-5813.

Annual Permits
May not be sold to individuals working in the downtown area and using the permit for work purposes.

- Residents must live within City of Niagara Falls limits.
- Non-Residents are those living within Niagara County but outside the City of Niagara Falls.
- Purchaser must be at least 62 years old to qualify for “Senior” rate.
- Additional permits can be purchased for a household, up to four permits.
- Initial purchase of any permit requires one time deposit of $10 for the permit card, refundable upon return of the card.
- Parking is permitted in the following locations: Parking Ramp, Surface Lot at Third and Niagara Street, Surface Lot on Third Street between 256 Third and Jefferson Apartments, and Surface Lot on 1st Street and Rainbow Boulevard.
Monthly Permit
For anyone employed in the downtown area or not living within Niagara County.
- $40/month
- Initial purchase requires one time deposit of $10 for the permit card, refundable upon return of the card.
- Parking is permitted in the following locations: Parking Ramp
Surface Lot at Third and Niagara Streets
Surface Lot on Third Street between 256 Third and Jefferson Apartments
Surface Lot on 1st Street and Rainbow Boulevard
