(Niagara Falls, New York) On Tuesday 04/04/2023, at 4:00 pm, members of the Niagara Falls Police Department Narcotics Intelligence Division executed a Search Warrant at 1005 17 th St. Items discovered and seized were: 1) 8 grams of suspected crack cocaine; 2) Taurus “Raging Hunter” .44 Magnum revolver; 3) Blackwater Firearms 12-gauge pump action shotgun; 4) Pioneer ArmsAKM-47 rifle; 4) Garaysar Fear 109 20-gauge pump action shotgun; 5) Ammunition; 6) High Capacity Magazines. The subject of the Search Warrant – PUGH, Curtis D (01/22/83) was
charged with 1) Third Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 2) Four counts of Fourth Degree Criminal Possession of a weapon , and 3) Fourth Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon by a convicted felon. Additional Narcotics charges will be filed pending laboratory results.
