During a City Council meeting on Wednesday, October 18th, 2020, Mayor Robert M. Restaino and council members recognized Niagara Falls resident Ron Anderluh.

“Ron has been a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls,” said Mayor Restaino. “Not only has he been intricately involved with the success of several local businesses, but he’s also truly shined as a volunteer.”

Anderluh has been a member of many business associations throughout the years including the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Pine Avenue Business Association, and the Town of Niagara business group.

One of his greatest prides has been Gill Creek Park where Anderluh has been instrumental in all projects undertaken at the park over the last 20 years.

“He’s an avid fundraiser but works tirelessly on grants and continuously communicates with Niagara Falls, NY Police Department, City officials, and community business leaders,” said Restaino. “There is genuinely no other City resident who loves and serves Niagara Falls quite like Ron Anderluh. The City thanks you for your years of community service and making a positive difference in so many lives here in Niagara Falls.”
