on Friday, April 2nd, 2021, at approximately 2:52 a.m., Niagara Falls Police Department responded to a call at 615 Tronolone Place about an unknown disturbance.
Patrol officers entered a 3rd-floor apartment finding a deceased male, who appeared to have been bludgeoned to death. 33-year-old Nicholas John Bartek was also in the apartment at the time of the Police Departments’ arrival.
Bartek was arrested for Second Degree Murder. He will be arraigned in Niagara Falls City Court today.
