Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1500 block of Pine Avenue around 0100 hours on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021, after reports of a stolen vehicle.

According to police, the victim stated that she left her rental car running and unattended when she went inside a 7-Eleven for a few minutes. When she exited the store, the rental vehicle was gone.

The victim was issued a traffic citation for leaving a vehicle unattended and police are continuing to search for the  blue 2020 Kia Sorrento.
