THE CRIME NF: Man Alleges He Was Jumped at Walmart in Soda Aisle

Niagara Falls Police received a report on Friday, March 6th, 2021, around 1130 hours of an assault at Walmart.

According to police, the complainant stated that he was in the soda aisle at Walmart on military Road on Thursday, March 5th, 2021, when he was attacked by four black males ages 18-24. The complainant said that he was shoved into the shelving, punched and kicked.

The complainant stated that he did not contact police after the incident but did speak to Walmart Security to see if the incident was captured on security cameras. Police did not observe any visible physical injuries and the complainant did not seek medical treatment despite complaining of pain in his back, arms and face.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
