-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Walmart on Military Road in the evening hours of Monday, November 25th, 2019, after reports of a physical altercation. According to police, a call was received that five individuals were fighting in the garden section of Walmart. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Star Food Gas Station on the 400 block of Main Street in the late evening hours of Monday, November 25th, 2019, after reports of an armed robbery. According to security camera footage, the suspect broke through a window on the side of the building taking money, cigarettes, cigars, and other small items. However, police also state that the suspect dropped a lot of the items he/she took. Police took the dropped items in hope of finding a fingerprint and are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to 6th and Ferry Avenue in the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 26th, 2019, after reports of an armed robbery. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 400 block of Niagara Street in the evening hours of Wednesday, November 27th, 2019, after reports of shots fired. According to police, one individual sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to a hospital. Police are continuing to investigate the incident. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to Walmart in the evening hours of Wednesday, November 27th, 2019, after reports of a shoplifter. According to reports, police engaged in a footchase with the suspect but could not apprehend him. 

-Niagara Falls Police, assisted by Lewiston Police, executed a search warrant in the morning hours of Wednesday, November 27th, 2019. According to police, a suspect was taken into custody along with drugs that were found inside of the home. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the intersection of 24th Street and Michigan Avenue in the evening hours of Wednesday, November 27th, 2019, after reports of vehicular manslaughter. According to police, a Kia SUV that was west bound on Michigan Avenue failed to stop at the stop sign and collided with the second vehicle. Police say the driver of the second vehicle, a Niagara Falls woman in her 60’s, was ejected from her vehicle. The woman was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the striking vehicle was Stephen  Wruck , 32-years-old, of 72nd Street. Wruck, uninjured in the collision and driving with a suspended license, was arrested after leaving the scene on foot and calling 911 in an attempt to falsely report his vehicle stolen. Wruck was charged with Vehicular Manslaughter 2nd, DWI, leaving the scene of a fatal accident and several other vehicle and traffic offenses. Wruck was later given a bail of $50,000. 

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2200 block of Delaware Avenue in the early morning hours of Thursday, November 28th, 2019, to assist Town of Niagara Police with a shots fired call. While on patrol, a Town of Niagara police officer reported hearing gunshots and located a large party at Power City 158 on Delaware Aveue. According to reports, a vehicle left that location at a high rate of speed and the officer began in pursuit. Officers caught up to the vehicle when it stopped at St Mary’s Hospital. It was at this time police discovered there was a gunshot victim.

-Niagara Falls Police responded to a shots fired call in the late night hours of Thursday, November 28th, 2019. According to police, callers stated that two gunshots were let off, but the suspects fled prior to police arriving, Police are continuing to investigate the incident.

-Niagara Falls Police responding to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in the evnening hours of Saturday, November, 30th, 2019, after reports that a person snuck in pretending to be an employee and was stealing food from the kitchen.

-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Niagara’s Choice Federal Credit Union on Packard Road in the morning hours of Monday, December 2nd, 2019, after reports of an attempted armed robbery. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
