Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1600 block of Main Street around 0200 hours on Tuesday, April 13th, 2021, after reports of graffiti in progress. Upon arrival, police made contact with the complainant who stated that she observed a black male spraying graffiti on the south side of the old Slipko’s building.

Officers did observe fresh graffiti which spelled out “Black Lives Matter.” No further information.
