Angry Customer Says She Will “Send Someone to rape [Employee’s] Children”

Niagara Falls Police received a report around 2000 hours on Friday, April 16th, 2021, of aggravated harassment.

According to the complainant, she is an employee of Quick Check Food Mart on the 4700 block of Hyde Park and that an unknown black female suspect entered the store without a facemask. The complainant stated she advised the woman that she is required to wear a mask while inside the store which immediately made the suspect irritated. The complainant then stated she attempted to purchase a tobacco product and when she asked for her identification she became irate and stated she would throw a brick through the store window. The suspect then left the store.

A few minutes later the store phone rang and the complainant recognized the voice as the suspect’s who stated that she was going to “send someone to rape her children.” The suspect’s number did show up on caller ID.
