The North Tonawanda Senior Center, located at 110 Goundry St. near the corner of Oliver Street, will be hosting its annual theme basket fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 10. Doors will open at 1 p.m. and drawings begin at 2:15 p.m. The entrance fee is $5, which includes 25 basket tickets, a drink ticket and a refreshment ticket. Extra basket tickets can be purchased for $5 for 25 tickets.
There will be approximately 150 baskets/gift cards to take a chance on, and attendees can also enjoy $1 raffles and a 50/50. All of the proceeds help offset the center’s cost for program supplies, dances and special events for the seniors. Donations of baskets, items or baked goods are appreciated.
