Niagara Reporter Obtains Garbage ‘User Fee’ Docs Ahead of Nov. 14th Public Hearing

The Niagara Reporter has exclusively obtained garbage ‘user fee’ documents ahead of their scheduled release date of November 6th, 2018.

 

These documents contain, among other things, a letter from Modern to City Administrator Nicholas Melson regarding their service contract, a proposed contract, and user fee estimates based on that proposal.

 

The Niagara Falls City Council is set to hold a public hearing regarding the proposed garbage ‘user fee’ on Wednesday, November 14th, at 6:00pm.
