Jeff Thompson, a physics teacher at Lewiston-Porter High School, receives a first dose of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine from registered nurse Laura Hickey during a Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center clinic held Tuesday at 60th Street Elementary School. Memorial is collaborating with several area school districts in a regional effort to vaccinate teachers and other staff members.
