Just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday, November 14, Niagara Falls Police Department responded to an altercation at one of the apartments located at 901 Cedar Avenue.

A 69-year-old tenant of that building, William Harrison, has suffered fatal injuries. Niagara Falls Police Detectives have charged 59-year-old John Moore of Niagara Falls with second degree murder.

He is currently in the custody of the Niagara Falls Police Department.
