Niagara Falls: The Niagara Falls City Council, at a meeting on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019, voted 5-0 rejecting a proposal by Director of Community Development Seth Piccirillo, who is also running for Mayor of Niagara Falls, to remedy a home sale he had approved without Council consent earlier this year. Specifically, Piccirillo was requesting the City pay $10,000 for a property at 424 Memorial parkway despite the fact that a “reverter clause” required that it be sent back to the City of Niagara Falls necessitating no payment at all.

More details to come soon.
