Legislator Jesse Gooch presented a proclamation to Niagara County Office of Mental Health Deputy Director Myrla Gibbons Doxey at the September 14th legislative meeting in Niagara County.

The proclamation is meant to highlight the local resources, including community-based counseling services and peer support organizations, available to those having suicidal thoughts and are in need of help.

This includes Niagara County Crisis Services which provides free, confidential telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days per week at (716) 285-3515.
