The Niagara Reporter initially reported on an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Clarence on December 12th, 2020.
Part of that reporting included posting a disturbing video is making the rounds on social media of a teenager allegedly being beat up and thrown out of a window by other individuals. After responding to initial reports, Sheriff Howard announced Deputies are investigating the alleged assault.

Clarence High School Principal Kenneth Smith posted the following message on the district’s schoology platform. In the statement, he confirmed the victim was a student.
The Niagara Reporter learned additional details of the victim’s injuries. This includes that the child was found in the woods when police arrived, he suffered brain damage, a collapsed lung, and a cracked skull.
