Memorial promotes Timothy Freer to vice president of HR

Timothy J. Freer has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Tim joined the medical center staff as director of human resources in June 2014. A graduate of the University of Buffalo and experienced human resource executive, his areas of expertise include strategic planning and execution, benefits administration, performance management, and labor and employee relations.

While at Memorial, Freer has spearheaded a number of initiatives that have benefited the medical center an its employees including health insurance plan changes to help control costs, improved working relationships with union employees and a safety and health focus that has significantly improved Memorial’s worker’s compensation program.
