HONK HONK: Niagara Falls Neighbor Gets too Close in Elevator and Pinches Nose Causing Injury

Niagara Falls Police addressed a report of harassment at Police Headquarters around 1440 hours on Friday, February 26th, 2021.

According to police, the complainant stated that on February 23rd between 1400 and 1500 hours she entered an apartment elevator with a neighbor. The neighbor then approached the complainant and attempted to hug her at which time she said no thank you due to COVID.

The complainant further stated that the suspect then pinched her nose tightly causing pain.

The suspect is described as a 54-year-old, dark-skinned Hispanic male with short hair.
