Danielle Dujenski of Machias, NY, and her 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Pheonix, died Thursday in a two-car collision in the Town of Royalton.

A full press release from the incident is below: the deceased operator of the vehicle that was traveling on Lewiston Road has been identified as Danielle Dujenski, 31 years of age, from the Town of Machias, NY. The front seat adult passenger was identified as Garrett Dujenski, 30 years of age, also from the Town of Machias, NY. The Dujenski’s had five children in the vehicle that ranged in age from one year old to eleven years of age. The deceased child was two and a half years old.

The driver of the vehicle traveling on Griswold Street was identified as Daniel Verratti, 65 years of age, from the Town of Royalton. There is no indication that Verratti was under the influence of any substance at the time of the crash.
