You’ve seen his ad in this newspaper and elsewhere, and now retired State Supreme Court Justice Frank Bayger is inviting you to submit legal questions pertaining to personal injury or wrongful death cases to him for a published response.

Just email your questions to Judge Bayger, a Hall of Fame trial lawyer, and the judge will respond in writing on the pages of the Niagara Falls Reporter.  Send your email to [email protected] and the judge will respond.  We expect to answer at least one question every week.

Judge Frank Bayger...will take your questions

Judge Bayger, who has won millions in personal injury and medical malpractice verdicts, has returned to the practice of law and has offices at 2578 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls (see ad).  He won the largest verdict in state history ($12.5 million) against a communications company when he represented the late restaurateur John Prozeralik of Niagara Falls in a defamation action against a television and radio station.
