On May 21, 2024, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Shirley A Hobbs-Mills, 63 of Lockport, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Hobbs-Mills was arrested on the following felony charges: Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd degree. Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree. Hobbs-Mills was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
