A woman driving the wrong way down a one-way Street struck a parked car and sister vehicle over this afternoon around 2 p.m.
Witnesses say the woman was traveling at a high rate of speed going north in the 500 block of 6th Street.
The women swerved to prevent colliding with a car traveling south, hit a parked car, and flipped her vehicle over.
While on the scene, the woman was observed acting very strange; yelling racist and anti-gay slurs at spectators.
The woman became very combative with police when they told her that she was going to have to go to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
The woman tried to walk away from police; yelling at them in the process.
Officers placed the woman in cuffs for their safety and that of the EMTs.
She was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and cited for multiple traffic violations.
