After consulting with the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office, additional charges were placed on Salvatore Prezioso for the attempted kidnapping incident that occurred in the early morning hours of 6/28/18.

Salvatore was again arraigned in the Town of Wheatfield Court where he was additionally charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Bail remained the same which was in the amount of $50,000 cash and $100,000 bond.  A new court date of July 17th at 6:00pm was given.
