Victim in Niagara Falls Homicide Identified as 25-year-old Shakiya Boyce

On Tuesday, September 29, at about 6:40 p.m. a 25 year old Niagara Falls was woman was shot and killed at 20th Street and Center Ave.  

The victim was getting into a friend’s car when she was struck by gun fire. Witnesses said they heard several gunshots.

The victim was treated at the scene by AMR ambulance and rushed to Memorial Medical Center ER-1, where she succumbed to her injuries.

The name of the victim is 25-year-old Shakiya Boyce.

There have been no arrests yet. Anyone with information is asked to call Niagara Falls Police detectives at 716-286-4553.
