This evening, 20-year veteran attorney Dominic H. Saraceno announced that he will seek the Niagara Falls City Court position that will be vacated by Judge Mark Violante in January 2022, who will be retiring.

Saraceno is a 20-year Niagara County and Orleans County public defender, as well as a successful criminal defense attorney who has represented clients in some of the most complex criminal matters in Western New York.

In announcing his campaign, Saraceno pointed out that he has represented over 10,000 clients in the last 2 decades in not only City Court, but County Court, Family Court, Federal District Court, Supreme Court and Justice Courts.   His extensive background makes him the ideal candidate for our next sitting City Court Judge.

Saraceno stated “Qualifications are acquired thorough, legal and life experiences.  These are the qualities a voter must consider when supporting a Judge. My entire personal and professional life has been directed to acquire the qualifications necessary to be a Judge.”
