According to the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office, Patricial A. Elstrodt, 61, of Sanborn, New York, has been charged with third degree criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Police reports describe an incident at the Spectrum store on Military Road where Elstrodt would not follow safety guidelines by wearing a mask. The reports further allege that Elstrodt would not leave the store after being asked to do so by employees.

Once police arrived, Elstrodt refused to obey their orders and instead started singing Christmas carols such as We Wish You A Merry Christmas.
