The resurgent heavy metal band Queensryche which has sold over 20 million albums worldwide will headline this Friday’s Rockin’ the Downs concert at Batavia Downs, the second week of the summer concert series which kicked off last week with Survivor.
Tickets start at $10 for general admission, $25 for VIP, and $50 for premium seating for the concert series that has attracted top name attractions for the eight-week run which had a spectacular opening last week with Survivor.
The third annual Rockin’ the Downs concerts are held rain or shine with doors opening at 4:30 p. m. and live music starting at 5 p. m.
The rest of the lineup for the series includes Kim Mitchell, Friday, July 5; Steve Augeri, Friday, July 12; Gin Blossoms, Friday, July 19; Kenny Wayne Sheperd, Friday, July 26; Tanya Tucker, Friday, Aug. 2; and Theory of a Deadman, Friday, Aug. 9.
