Plea Deal Made with Hit and Run Suspect in Niagara Falls

On November 27, 2019, at approximately 6:40 pm, Joy Pazamickas was killed in a hit and run automobile accident at the intersection of 24th Street and Michigan Avenue. The driver of the striking vehicle was apprehended a short distance from the accident and was arrested by Niagara Falls Police personnel.

Stephen Wruck, age 33, took a plea today to Vehicular Manslaughter 2nd a Class D Felony. He will be remanded to the Niagara County Jail until sentencing on January 25, 2021.
