NIAGARA COUNTY COVID-19 TESTING SITES

 

WHAT: Drive through diagnostic testing for COVID-19. Walk-ins also will be served.

WHEN and WHERE:

Daily from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Please use the Pine Avenue driveway adjacent to the Mary B. Dyster Women’s Pavilion.

WEEK OF MAY 18, WEEK of JUNE 1, WEEK OF JUNE 15 Afternoon testing will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday at 175 Walnut St., Lockport.

WEEK of MAY 25, WEEK OF JUNE 8, WEEK OF JUNE 22 Afternoon testing will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday behind the Summit Healthplex in Wheatfield.

Tests conducted by Memorial Medical Center.

Pre-registration is required. Call 716-278-4496 to schedule an appointment and to provide a prescription from your primary care physician.

Prescriptions for the test should be faxed to 716-278-4061. A prescription also may be obtained from NFMMC’s Chief of Infectious Disease and should be requested when scheduling your test appointment.
