Niagara County Announces 15 Deaths, 395 New COVID-19 Cases on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021

The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County.  ** Please note that this is a partial accounting for positive cases since Friday morning.  There are still a significant number to be tabulated.  These will be included in tomorrow’s report.  ** 

We regretfully report the deaths of 15 Niagara County residents.  We extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of these individuals.

The rest of the update is as follows:

  • 395  new positive cases (partial tabulation beginning Friday morning)
  • Total of 11,771 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
  • 2127 active cases (2099 isolating at home, 28 in hospital)
  • 9439 recovered
  • 205 deaths
  • 255,833 tests of Niagara County residents (
