Located in Niagara Falls, our bakery promises a symphony of flavors, blending traditional recipes with innovative twists to offer a unique sensory experience. From classic Brown Butter chocolate chip to exotic fruit-infused delights and Specialty Cheese Cakes, our handcrafted menu caters to every craving. Additionally, we will offer healthy options such as all-natural protein bars, Macro based Meal-prep, and lunch/dinner items as we will also offer a few menu items from our former St. Louis-based FlamentCo’s Restaurant and Philly Wagon Food Truck such as House-made Calzones, Naan Pizzas, Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, Philly Cheese Steaks, Chicken Salad croissants, Uncle Roscoe’s Caribbean Chicken Sub and even a few grab and go items! We love our community and would love to share our passion for food and service with everyone.
