The parking lot is empty, and the doors are closed. Without warning Lumber City Pizza closed its doors for good.

The popular North Tonawanda Restaurant gave no reason for the shutdown.

A sign on the door of the Erie Avenue pizzeria thanked customers. It read, “Lumber City Pizza is closed. Thank you for your patronage.”

It is unclear as to why the restaurant closed or what will do in it’s place in the future.

The Niagara Reporter will keep you informed of the latest developments.
