City of North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur G. Pappas would like to remind the residents of North Tonawanda of the off-street parking restrictions will begin on November 1^st. There is no parking permitted on any City street between the hours of 3 A.M. and 6 A.M. until April 1^st.
