Buffalo police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing mother and son. Rose Mudd, 38, and Thomas Mudd III, 10, were last seen at Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls at 1:30 p.m., driving a green Chevy Cobalt, plates EXF-4670.
