Dementia Care Conference in Niagara County

JULY 28, 2015

Family members who provide care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia are invited to attend a free Dementia Care Conference in Niagara County on Thursday July 30, from 1:30-4:30 p.m. The John Duke Senior Center at 1201 Hyde Park Boulevard in Niagara Falls.

The Western New York Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association is sponsoring the seminar.

Topics will include:

The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia & Alzheimer’s; 10 Tips for Caregivers and Healthy Habits for a Healthy Brain.

There is no charge to attend the conference, but registration is required by calling: 1.800.272.3900. Information about Alzheimer’s disease, community resources and other educational programs is available on the Chapter’s website: alz.org/WNY.
