New LongHorn Steakhouse opens in the Niagara Falls community

February 24, 2015

This month, the newest LongHorn Steakhouse opened at 1861 Military Rd., in the Town of Niagara. The new restaurant will be led by Bill Englert as Managing Partner.

The 6,179-square-foot restaurant will seat more than 240 guests and, according to its management team, will create approximately 80-100 new jobs for the surrounding community. LongHorn currently operates more than 475 restaurants in 40 states.

"LongHorn Steakhouse prides itself on its fresh, never frozen, expertly grilled and boldly seasoned steaks," its promotional material states. "The restaurant's design is inspired by the American West and is reminiscent of a rancher's home."

Its interiors feature contemporary artwork and sculptures of horses, western landscapes and sunsets complemented by warm tones, wood, stone and steel fixtures.

The restaurant features signature LongHorn Steakhouse steaks –including the bone-in Outlaw Ribeye – that are hand seasoned, then grilled.

The Prime Time menu features late afternoon specials, including a variety of $3, $4 and $5 drinks and appetizers. Prime Time is offered Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., and features dishes like the Spicy Chicken Bites and Sweet Corn Fritters.
