Oh, the sublime nature of this work of art as "The Skrlin" does it again. This time he gives us the proverbial pig of Niagara Falls casino funds and excess: the legendary and near mythical bloated quasi-bureaucracy - the Niagara Tourism and Convention Corp, known popularly as the "NTCC."
Under the leadership of John Percy the organization has tucked away more than $15,000,000 in city casino funds and has never had to account for where any of the money went.
Skrlin drives this point home as he transforms the NTCC into the flying pig floating over Niagara Falls which Percy and his agency are charged to "promote to the world."
This prize winning hog is a veritable blue ribbon swine champion in its greed and appetite for taxpayer dollars. And as such it has "fared" well... a most clever take on the notion of a prize winning county "fair" porker.
