A disturbing video from earlier this week shows the aftermath of when Steven Labady, a veteran and independent contractor for Amazon deliveries, was delivering a package in East Aurora and was blocked in a driveway by the homeowner forcing police to be called.

According to Labady, he pulled into the homeowner’s driveway to make a delivery for Amazon products that were purchased. The homeowner then blocked Labady in the driveway and would not let him leave.

Police were called and treated Labady as though he was the problem.

Critics of the altercation with the homeowner and police are alleging that this entire episode would not have happened if Labady was white.
