Niagara Falls Police Searching for Shooting Suspect in 19th Street Incident

On June 7, 2021, at approximately 8:25 p.m., Niagara Falls Police Officers responded to the area of 19th and Niagara Street for a report of shots fired.  

Shortly after arrival, Officers were advised that a victim had been located in a yard in the 400 block of 18th Street.  

Officers administered aid until Niagara Falls Fire Department arrived.  The victim was transported to ECMC by ambulance for a gunshot wound to the chest.  The victim is a 29-year-old resident of Niagara Falls.  The victim underwent surgery last night and is currently listed in critical condition at ECMC.

The Niagara Falls Police Department is asking that anyone with information regarding this incident is contact the NFPD Detective Bureau at (716) 286-4553.
