The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
We regretfully report the death of a 56 year-old male with underlying health conditions. We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
The rest of the update is as follows:
- 219 new positive cases
- Total of 5226 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
- 1573 active cases (1549 isolating at home, 24 in hospital)
- 3541 recovered
- 112 deaths
- 178,841 tests of Niagara County residents (https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/)
