Acting Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of Malyssa Sue Spillman, 27, of Lockport on two counts of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child 1st degree (B felony).

Spillman is accused of committing these offenses against a child on separate occasions in the Towns of Lockport and Newfane. Spillman was arraigned at the Niagara County Jail under centralized arraignment. Bail was set at $2,000.00. She is due back in Newfane Town Court on August 18, 2020 at 6:00p.m. and Lockport Town Court on August 19, 2020 at 6:00p.m.

Investigation is being conducted by Lieutenant Tracy Steen of the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Bureau.
