District Attorney Brian D. Seaman announced that Michael Ciskiewic, age 27, was sentenced today by Hon. Matthew J. Murphy III to a State Prison sentence of 12 years to Life for his conviction of the crime of Predatory Sexual Assault.  The conviction and sentence stem from an incident occurring on June 6, 2019 in Niagara Falls where Ciskiewic kidnapped and sexually assaulted a neighbor.

“This sentence assures the public that this dangerous predator will be incarcerated or under supervision for the rest of his life,” Seaman said.  Assistant District Attorney Cheryl Grundy and First Assistant District Attorney Doreen Hoffmann prosecuted the case.
