Local Talk Show Jokes, Not Nice and Not Funny

September 30, 2014

We really are scraping the bottom of the barrel joke-wise when we must, most shamefacedly present local talk show jokes....
Here they are...

An electrician, a cop, and a DJ are directing political discourse in town. That’s okay because a beer salesman is running the city.

Sal, Vince and Tom: not since Curly, Larry and Moe stormed Hollywood have three men made such an impact on entertainment.

Tom Darro has been doing Niagara Falls radio for fifty years. When he finally gets it right he’s going to move to a larger market.

Sal Paonessa: tall enough to be a city policeman, too short to ride the Darien Lake Predator.

If Jason Zona, Francine DelMonte and Seth Piccirillo leave town Vince Anello’s guest list is finished.

Tom Darro has been known to exaggerate his relationship with the New York Yankees. We refuse to believe he was Babe Ruth’s best man.

Niagara Falls made Sal, Vince and Tom what they are. Isn’t that a shame?

Sal has the only Internet show that’s actually improved by pop-up ads, blue screens and spam.

Sal and Tom’s shows have been described as “a continuous commercial occasionally interrupted by talk.”

Vince and Tom broadcast over WJJL…on a windy day they can be heard all the way to 75th Street.

It’s not true…Tom Darro doesn’t use a step stool to reach the microphone he’s sitting on three Niagara Falls phone books.

We’re all familiar with the term “radio face”…Sal has a radio body.

Tom and Vince broadcast from a small room at the NACC. It’s just big enough to accommodate Tom, Vince and Tom’s legendary ego.

Local residents recently threw a big roast for Tom Darro. Not to be outdone Sal Paonessa is organizing his own roast…it’ll be held in the phone booth on the corner of Pine and 24th.
