Start of Niagara Wine Trail on Main near 3rd Street. First stop - Third Street Liquors?

 

You have to admit, the boys at the state Dept. of Transportation have a real sense of humor. There is hardly a single business open on Main St.

 

Over a dozen of these signs, giving directions to the Moses Parkway, adorn the downtown tourist district. What kind of tourist city has numerous signs all over the place directing visitors on how to exit the downtown? There are so many of these Moses Parkway signs that it would almost appear that tourists are being urged to leave. Again, these are state DOT signs. Why do city leaders tolerate this?
