Raccoons on 15th Street Niagara Falls New York

July 01, 2014

On 15th St. between Walnut and Ferry is a long vacant house. It is the eyesore of what is an otherwise beautiful neighborhood.

Happily the derelict property has found a new occupant, seen here on the porch.

All kidding aside, it only takes one bad property like this one to utterly ruin the ambience of the neighborhood. Hopefully city officials will take care to demolish this one soon.

And of course relocate its new tenants.

Well built, distinctive homes line 15th St. between Walnut and Ferry, except for one: now
occupied by raccoons.
