On April 5, 2021, at approximately 10:11 am, the Niagara Falls Police Department Narcotics & Intelligence Division Detectives executed a search warrant at 332 78th Street, the residence of Alfred M. Bax.
Located during the search were approximately thirteen handguns, nine rifles, and three sawed-off shotguns. Many of which were “ghost” guns, which are homemade and lack identifying serial numbers.
Also seized were thousands of rounds of ammunition and other various gun parts ready to be assembled and a small amount of suspected cocaine.
33-year-old Bax is charged with several felony counts of Criminal possession of a weapon.
