-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Tops on Portage Road on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019, for reports of a mall exposing customers to his male genitalia.
-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Seneca Niagara Casino in the late evneing hours of Wednesday, February 6th, 2019, after reports of an individual with a gun. According to reports, by the time police arrived Seneca Niagara Security had confiscated the gun. Reports further indicate that a female was threatening to shoot another patron. No injuries were reported.
-A Niagara Falls woman was charged on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019, after allegedly attempting to open a bank account with a stolen check that she made out for $500,000.00. Verenda Price, 40, of Ontario Avenue, was arrested while at the bank branch and later charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
-Niagara Falls Police responded to the Seneca Niagara Casino in the evening hours of Wednesday, February 11th, 2019, after reports that a man who was abnned from the Casino then bit a security manager. Brian Benjamin, 65, of Largo, Florida, was arrested at the scene and charged with assault with intent to cause injury.
-Niagara Falls Police and Fire responded to the 1900 Block of Niagara Street, at the Midtown Inn, in the late evening hours of Thursday, February 7th, 2019, for a stabbing. According to reports, the victim was stabbed in the abdomen and was transported to ECMC.
-Niagara Falls Police responded to the 16oo block of Weston Avenue Thursday, February 7th, after a property owner said that a furnace and hot water tank were stolen from the property, which was under construction. Police are continuing to search for the items.-Niagara Falls Police, Fire and Medical were on scene for a shooting in the evening hours of Friday, February 8th, 2019, near 23rd Street and Tennessee Avenue. According to repports, the victim was shot three times and seriously injured before being transported to ECMC for treatment.
