During a press conference on Wednesday, December 30th, 2020, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that the Department of Health, Buffalo Bills and National Football League reached an agreement to allow a limited number of fans – 6,700 – to attend Bills home playoff games.

As part of this agreement, every fan will be tested before the game and contact tracing will occur for each fan after the game.
