The 42nd Annual used book sale will take place Wednesday through Sunday

Organized by the “Friends of the Library,” which formed in 1969 to broaden the services offered at the library while also promoting its function throughout the community, the sale will include a little bit of everything!

Soft and hardcover books, CDs, DVDs, magazines and possibly even some VHS tapes (parents you might have to explain to your children what they are) will be available for purchase.

Prices range from .25 cents to $2, with the exception of coffee table books which will be priced slightly more expensive.

If the low prices weren’t reason enough to go already, on May 5th and 6th the library will have its famous $5 fill up sale where guests can use a brown paper bag and bring home as many items as they can fit in it.

The sale begins on Wednesday between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. for those who are members of the Friends of the Library. The sale then opens to the remainder of the public on Thursday between 9:30 and 9:00 p.m., Friday between 9:30 and 4:30 p.m., and Saturday / Sunday between 1:00 and 4:30 p.m.
